I’m Camille Jamet, an international music project development strategist, certified trainer and accredited coach. I spent nearly 20 years inside the music industry at Sony Music and then Amazon Music building streaming strategies for artists like Michael Jackson, The Clash, Céline Dion, Julien Doré and Jain, and generating billions of playlist streams.
I work with independent artists at every stage of their development, whether they’re just starting out, emerging, or already established and looking to keep building on their success, across all genres: Pop, EDM, RnB, Rock, Classical, Jazz and more. I also work with music industry professionals: producers, labels, publishers.
I help artists structure their music project: sharpen their identity and singularity, understand how streaming platforms really work, identify the right growth levers, and build an engaged audience they actually own. The goal is to move from a project that struggles to move forward to a strategy that is clear and effective.
I believe there’s no single path to success in music: what matters is identifying what works for you, from the methods and levers that exist. My approach is entirely personalised, it starts from the artist, their project, their stage of development and their resources, to build a strategy that fits them and works.
I work from the artist and with them, never in their place. This is what gives the support its strength: the sharing of knowledge and co-construction. I have also developed my own method, the Streaming Growth Loop, built around four stages: music as the starting point, identity and storytelling, natural entry point(s) toward an audience, and the progressive amplification of what’s already working. The goal is for the artist to leave autonomous, confident and capable of steering their own project.
I work through consulting via two main formats: Premium Consulting (strategic support over 3 months or more) and Clarity Consulting (two sessions to clarify priorities, 1 month). For training, I offer the Programme “Building a music development strategy in the streaming ecosystem” (24h, Qualiopi certified, eligible for funding) and themed 3-hour Workshops on identity, storytelling, content strategy or audience development. Depending on the project and needs, I also offer one-hour strategy sessions, longer-term mentoring, and a personalised hybrid format.
