Who am I?

Nearly 20 years. That’s how long I spent at the heart of the music industry, at Sony Music and then Amazon Music as Lead Music Programming, building streaming strategies for artists like Michael Jackson, Céline Dion, Julien Doré, Jain, Kyo, The Clash and Jean-Jacques Goldman, generating billions of streams through playlisting.

Today, I bring that experience to independent artists and music professionals who want to build something that lasts. In an industry shaped by intense competition, AI-generated noise, endless tools, and the constant pressure to accelerate, I help them understand what actually creates visibility, audience growth, and career development on their own terms. Because behind every music project is a dream that deserves to be built properly, with the right tools and the right method.

My edge? Something online gurus simply cannot offer: inside knowledge, how things really work inside a major label, how streaming platforms think, prioritize and decide. I don’t hand you a copy-paste of that playbook. I draw on it to build my own method, the Streaming Growth Loop: artistic identity, storytelling, and tools that actually convert, turning first listens into superfans who come back, engage, and follow you directly, on channels you own.

I am an international music project development strategy consultant, accredited trainer and certified coach. I published “Réussir son projet musical” (Make your music project succeed) and I speak at international professional events dedicated to music and tech.
